• How long does program delivery take?

Estimated time for installation is 2-3 weeks, depending on the specific needs of users and time need for purchasing required equipment.

• How long does it take to train your employees?

Employee training is a part of our service for all our customers. Training takes 2-5 days, depending on the size of the hotel and the number of installation modules. There is a possibility of additional training by users’ request. Training manual is included in the package.

• I'm already using other hotel management software in my hotel. Is it complicated to switch to Hotelier software?

We will make the switch to Hotelier as simple as possible by completely configuring it for your needs, transferring all data from the old program, adjusting it by your request and starting it up.

• Is deferred payment an option?

It is possible to pay in several installments.

• I own several hotels/lodgings. Is there a discount for buying several software packages?

If you own several hotels/lodgings, contact us directly in order to get the special deal on software purchase.

•Can some software components be restricted to particular users?

Yes, it is possible to restrict access to various components for some users. In this way, you can limit and choose specific access for receptionists, waiters, bartenders, and managers.

• Is there an option for other languages?

Yes, and this software also support Cyrillic letters.

• What kind of services do you provide with technical support?

There are various packages of technical support. We offer telephone and internet support, on site assistance (workdays AND weekends), equipment servicing, latest version updates, and additional training of your employees.

• Is the technical support contract obligatory?

Technical support contract is not obligatory, but it is recommended on annual basis.

• If I’ve bought only some of the software options, is it possible to add new ones later on?

This software is constantly being expanded and upgraded, and every user can upgrade and expand his version according to his own needs.
