This basic software module tracks hotel occupancy, bills, and all accounting operations. Information on rooms, guests, accounts and employees is available to you at all times. Hotel Switchboard/PBX

Thanks to this module, all telephone calls made from a hotel room are automatically charged to that room. The most common charging method is by the number of spent telephone impulses, or by area codes. All telephone charges can be billed on the room or individual guest. This module supports PBX software.

Reservations

This module enables you to create and keep track of reservations. Using our room table chart, you can visually track hotel occupancy in each and every moment.

Rooms are marked with different colours indicating various room statuses: occupied, reserved, refurbished, out of service, vacant, etc. This room table chart is very easy to use, and it enables you to keep track of all room and reservation activities.

Occupancy check can be performed by room type, date of arrival/departure, or by needed number of beds. Group reservations can be made by travel agency and the room search can be performed based on room type, number of beds or other criteria.

While making reservation you can choose: board type (half board, full board, breakfast included, daily stay, etc.), length of stay, choice of rooms, creating an offer based on reservation, advance payment, discounts, and other types of services.

Restaurant / Café / Aperitif bar

Our Garson software for restaurants and storage facilities is completely integrated into Hotelier program

Mini Bar

Software provides accurate tracking of mini bar contents. Sold mini bar articles are recorded through reception. Bar lists are automatically recorded and printed.

Key Cards

Hotelier software can easily be integrated with a key card door lock software. Upon checking in, software will program a key card, which is valid only during guest’s stay.

These cards can be used for paying all additional services in the hotel. All services purchased with this card will be billed at the reception upon checkout.

Wellness & SPA

This software package has a separate module for wellness and spa centers which can function either as a separate establishment or a part of the hotel complex. This module keeps record of spa members (they don't have to be hotel guests), defines various membership packages, assigns membership cards and tracks membership fee payments. There is an option for selling spa/cosmetic products and charging extra services. As it is connected with the reception, charges can be transferred to room accounts.
